Another Team Snap lie. BB trying to pass off last nights last minute cancellation on a a conflict with Villa. NOPE! The conflict is with the coach, who because of his coaching commitments to Villa is unable to meet his commitments to this team. Looks like a deliberate effort on the part of BB to mislead us. Other FC Bucks fields were available last night. A significant chunk of our dues goes towards his salary, yet there is no way with his Villa schedule between now and likely November he will make it to two practices a week. The club knows this or should know this as his Villa schedule is publicly available well in advance. Let’s see if there are any alternative arrangements to have professional coaching available when FF isn’t.

Not sure why that person would lie and say it was cancelled instead of saying the truth that it was moved one day after. Maybe to fit their agenda? Don’t know. But lies are common on here so whatever.

Doesn’t seem that they were upset at the cancellation, it was the excuse being used. Sounds like RF and BB should know when their would be a conflict with villa and plan accordingly. Not hard for a coach to get coverage when they know well in advance.

You must be able to make the last minute practice change - how dare you have something else. Another activity. No. Parents working late. No. Another kid needing to get somewhere else. No. No, you must change last minute for the coach. Instead an organized coach knows in advance and makes the change in advance or gets a QUALIFIED coach to cover

This is definitely not the first time this has happened, and won’t be the last. Why do you feel the need to defend so strongly. People on the team know the truth. Coach has cancelled many times last minute, and for events that he knew about way in advance. Why you lie?

I’ll say it again. The people that defend the constant lies and other failings of the coach and who claim they are ok with an unqualified dad coach filling in are the ones who stand to lose the most when change comes. They know their daughters likely don’t deserve a spot on this team so they will fight like hell to keep the status quo.

If RF isn’t able to attend at least two practices a week, and the club is ok with an unpaid, unlicensed and unqualified dad filling in for him rather than a paid professional coach, shouldn’t our dues be reduced? Or do we just keep paying RF his full salary when he is only doing half (maybe less) of the required work.

Just an outsider here but have any of you ever thought of taking these issues to the board? A father coaching who isn’t qualified, and all of your coach complaints? The board should listen and at the very least call a meeting.
