Stop blaming RF and start holding the club accountable. RF was placed as the age group coach by a DOC. Dad coach can coach because of the DOC. All the DOC needs to do is reassign RF to a high school aged team which fits better with his schedule. JM would be a much better fit coaching the U13 and U14 teams. Contrary to FCB parents, RF is a good coach, but isn’t a fit because you can’t coach high school or college soccer when coaching young clubs teams. BTW, having seen the majority of the games, FC Delco were brutal. The tie was their best result and honestly neither team performed like a premier team.

The Delco coach was able to get his team to bring their best effort and get their best result, as you say. The players on Bucks know that their best efforts aren’t rewarded. They know all playing time decisions are decided by centered around what is best for dad coaches daughter. So why try hard. Why bring your best effort.

Go check out the Ukees site. Your beloved parents of this team are it again. Keep up the good work. At this rate, you will have no team next year. Your team’s reputation is appalling. And people know. People know.
**this time stamp is 2:00 pm. So when the loser mom copies and pastes this on to ukees, you will see their immaturity in black and white.

Delco ran around a lot, and made an effort, but didn’t do anything in terms of real soccer. Both clubs have reached a level that is shocking. We have the players at the club to be successful at a higher level. Changes better come soon or our rosters will look like Delco, very, very thin.

But it is the job of the coaches and club to give them the tools they need to bring it.
Delco practices three times a week every week. Two of the last four weeks we have had one practice. And with days, times and locations always being changed we don’t get full participation. Delco is basically a new team still coming together they will be a force if they continue on their current path. Chris Edwards is a highly regarded coach with a great track record in developing and placing girls in D1 schools. Delco also has a lot of new talent, along with great facilities.
A strong delco team creates a problem for bucks as new talent will be drawn to delco.
Youth soccer is one big business these days, and the teams that offer the most bang for your buck are going to come out the winners . Delco has great facilities, three practices a week, a professional A licensed coach and speed and agility . At bucks you average 1.5 practices a week, a sliver of turf and you get a parent coach. Not real attractive to new players, hopefully we manage to keep our current ones, or we will be limping along like has been warned about over and over in this thread.
Change needs to happen real soon before it is to late for this talented 2006 bucks team.

The reason for this - dad coach needs to make sure his Mia gets the most playing time. It all starts here. So for these kids who aren’t even being put in a position where they can best excel, brining it each an every game isn’t always enough.

Dan Manella and Chris Fehrle perhaps you can show an ounce of leadership and do something. Your lack of stepping up and doing anything is causing this team to implode. We barely practice. When we do practice, there almost always is a last minute change and the whole team is unable to adjust last minute and be there. Other teams we play are practicing 3x a week and it is showing on the pitch. Other local teams are going out and hiring top notch coaches with serious connections with college coaches. These coaches are then able to attract better players to their club. We have Brian Brossman. Brian is a nice guy and all, but if you spend any time talking to parents of kids at other local clubs, they all know about his involvement with this team and they all want nothing to do with it. There are literally solid players at other local clubs who want ECNL, who have either decided against it or have gone to other clubs because of Brian. You should have noticed this at tryouts this year when no one showed up, and it wont likely get any better.
