RL players are not, for the most part, Bucks RL as Bucks needs them to play RL. They are importing RL and USYS players

They are allowed to roster trapped 05s. Still doesn't change that they must have both NL and RL teams which means at least 45 girls need to be in age group as seniors have a very high drop out rate

A composite team is one that consists of 2 birth years. At this age group both the RL and NL can be composite teams. They still need to field 2 teams, which will take roughly 45 girls
