There is plenty of talent on RL. But, as we all know…RL is a soccer death sentence. Once you say yes to RL, you’ve said no to opportunity.

Its time FCB got over the BRD and actually developed players. The kids that got screwed over are all gone, whatever point ECNL was trying to make, its time to stop making it.

Its possible to have 40 good players per age group. Offer good soccer at all levels, confidence will grow, talent will come. All the teams will do better. Bringing in EDP kids didn’t work. Favoring Pennridge kids didn’t work. Trust me, RL kids are a lot hungrier for success than you give them credit for. Build from the bottom up and stop letting EDP and ICSL soccer dads develop your ECNL team.

True - a shame kids look to leave FCB at all age groups in order to move up to ECNL - even if they leave for one year - waste of talent, time, and money - just have open tryouts and the ecnl and rl coaches need to get along for the betterment of both teams

Totally agree but it’s just not the culture at FCB or should I say FC daddio! The players picked for the ECNL team almost always have connections or are part of a BRD. It is what it is. And is the reason why FCB never reaches its full potential.I. ♂️
