Rutgers actually makes NCAA's and nothing ever happens. If you have no clue, MO the DoC of PDA is Rutgers HC. Rutgers staff all at PDA. Recruits are PDA. Has been going on for years. Zero NCAA issues.

Every kid x's every practice and game is the the total number of NCAA violations. Nova's compliance dept. cares.

And as long as you can keep the ECNL badge there will be plenty of kids who will write a check
Development is not a priority
Winning is out of reach
Just keep the revenue flowing
Nothing says college ready as well as being an ECNL doormat
This is not a competitive team yet everyone there thinks the badge is the ticket to college
