Soccer Strength and Conditioning
Hi everyone, I am a soccer coach as well as a strength and conditioning coach in the Bucks county area. With sports being cancelled/delayed I just wanted to reach out and offer my services. I am looking for strictly soccer athletes to train with me in a strength and conditioning program. I work out of a facility in Warminster and have been training a handful of athletes including girls who play soccer at Pitt, Columbia University, and West Chester as well as high school soccer athletes. We work on mechanics (running/jumping/landing), speed/agility, plyometrics, strength and explosiveness, as well as injury prevention. Feel free to reach back if interested.Comment

Never played ECNL, had no tryout but is a member of the car pool, friend of Joey Baloney and of course goes to Pennridge. No wonder the club is always at the bottom of the ECNL.
