There is no one on the ECNL or ECNL-RL team that would be worthy of being named a "must have player". To bad RF & BB don't realize that most of the players are interchangeable....

Thanks for the answer. I do like hearing other points of view. It’s a shame that you are so turned off by this thread you would consider leaving. Honestly, and not trying to be mean, but why don’t you just stop reading? What you don’t know won’t bother you. I really do appreciate your answer and it does give me some things to think about. Not just me but others also. It’s a shame a couple parents turned off people so much on here that they will leave. People don’t want to be part of this daily bashing (9 months now) of the coaches and girls. I don’t blame them. Very talented kids so they'll do well wherever they go.

First of all it is totally hilarious that people would consider leaving a team because of some critical posts on the internet. I know it’s a crazy thought, but if it bothers you that much, you could I don’t know just not go to this website. In any event, If people leave for this reason and people leave because of dad coach and lack of training. At what point does the club step in and fix the mess. After last weekend and this weekend if your eyes aren’t open you are blind. We are losing and tying games we should be winning and you can draw a direct line to dad coach and lack of consistent training as the cause.

Mom or dad complains on internet and it’s “stop living through your kid”. Dad secretly picks a team in someone’s living room, coaches in a league with no parent coaches and 100% paid professionals, recruits players for daughters team, decides who gets cut, makes decisions re playing time and positions based on what is best for his own kid, etc. and it’s “he’s a great coach we love him”

It’s been said before but all players positions and playing time are based on what is best for his kid. We will never know what the team would be like, who would be on it and what positions kids would be playing if he hadn’t influenced all decisions - starting with picking the team before tryouts, the team has been doomed from the start. It all began and will probably end with BB.

Yep and we lost both games even though we were able to use an extremely talented trapped player, who is a great center mid. She really saved us, who knows what the scores would have looked Ike without her. What will we do when we don’t have that option?

Why would you leave if your kid is having “so much fun”, and “loves her coaches”? I thought you said as long as your kid is happy that’s all that matters? She hopefully doesn’t read this thread so why does what is said on here bother you so much that you would leave? Does the truth hurt? Or is this thread just the excuse you will give to abandon a sinking ship? Your kids happiness is all that matters and from your own mouth she is happy. You might want to practice what you preach.

That really stinks - how did she find out about it? I think I know but won’t say. Maybe when they were all told to stop posting on the “forum”. Hmm who told them that. I am really sorry that she reads this. Sadly most of this thread is truth and I’m sure it’s affecting her. Maybe you should tell her to stop reading. Nobody posting on here wants to hurt the kids. So I’m sorry if she is upset. Most people posting are just trying to make the team situation better., and sadly have no other way. We all know why.
