Is it creepy to watch your old team practice/play?

I don't know if I would use the word creepy. (That could be a YOU thing)

It does feel inappropriate to scout out their full practices when they are trying things and having personal discussions, if you're not a current parent. Only exception would be if you happened to pass by and wanted to watch for a few minutes, just to see the old gang. Better if you were also catching up with parent friends from the old team.

Watching matches is a different story. That seems more defensible, depending how close you were with the team. But probably not wise to do it too often!

The only real answer is: it depends.
if you’re there because your other kid is there, or you’re friends with other team’s parents etc then not creepy.
if you’re there for scouting, recruiting, **** talking, or worse, then yeah, could be creepy.
