Don't you think that some of the $4000 you pay in fees that go to tournament play should be enough to cover parking?

Does anyone expect anything less from that trash organization FC Delco? Making teams pay up front for parking? What if they car pool? Complete trash.

The tournament was at USTC. Delco has no control over USTC. If you can’t pay $10 to park for a day, maybe meet down at any of the many parking lots on 30 business a mile from the fields and car pool. USTC just added more turf fields, a lot more parking, and a domed field. Gotta pay for it somehow. Most of the time USTC doesn’t charge, only when there is an overload weekend.

May you never experience the scam that is a Disney tournament, where you pay for parking AND you pay each day to enter the sports complex to watch your own kid play. It's a special sort of feeling.

While I understand why you would say that that’s actually not true. The same people that run FC Delco meeting they’re on their board and part of their staff run the tournament and then also run the logistics for USTC. I’m not talking about ownership. I’m talking financial states and bias. There’s absolutely no way they need to charge For parking. This was a profiteering thing. It was well known that this was going to be part of the financial plan for the budget for the tournament so that they could raise more money. I’m not coming at this from a negative advice. I’m just telling you the fact of the matter is The same people make money three different ways either for their own personal gain or as part of their role with the club as well as the tournament organizers as well as with the facility.
Yes, I think there is a problem here do I think it’s a big problem? No it’s just part of the world we live in, but please don’t be fooled that this was like a surprise that the facility threw on the club in the club had nothing to do with it. They are looking to increase their ability to generate money so they can pay their bills and make more money themselves again you might not like that idea, I don’t either, but that’s the way it is and there’s really nothing you can do about other than not taking part.

Here I am just confused that no one railed on PF two weeks ago when USTC charged parking fees at their tournament. Why does PF get a pass and Delco gets pilloried?

You are wrong on so many levels. It’s private property. Ticket, then tow.

How do they even enforce the ticket?

Just like anyone that would park in your driveway. Call 911, have police ticket. Then call for tow.
