Ok, since you know all about this stuff, please inform everyone of the exact number of kids who left NCE for P1.

That's proprietary information that cannot be shared.

The location part is where he'd have an issue because like you said it has to be reasonable and not preventsomeonefrom earninga living; taking company "property " (email lists) is where he'd have a stronger case.

He could just be bluffing too.

Good luck with that. He takes your money and runs. He won’t respond to your emails unless you’re a parents that kiss his a**.

No, I'm asking you because you clearly know more about this than anyone else, including him. Go ahead, we're all waiting.

He doesn’t know anything and somehow he’s the one who’s worried? Cmon man, when parents heard Liam was leaving we asked what he was doing next he didn’t divulge the info. We volunteered information to keep in touch just in case. We are free to choose where we take our kids to train.

Exactly my point. I would think that many families willingly and directly gave their contact info to Liam and/or Alan. John will be hard pressed to prove that the only reason they have this info is from their alleged theft of the NCE contact database. I do know they are doing business in what could be considered "NCE Territory", so that may turn out to be the bigger issue.

Is P1 even in NY? What is Liam’s last name? I can’t find any info about Alan O’Keefe or P1 on Google.

He wouldn't know with any certainty either. Familes drop out of the program for different reasons.

Same experience here with my kids who have been with NCE for multiple years for fun and supplemental training. I’m blessed that they have always been standouts at their very large club. NCE has been one facet that has helped them enjoy practicing and playing over the years. Turn out this year has been admittedly less than previous ones, but there is still decent talent that attends. I think the two trainers that have been covering Long Island have been fantastic. They stop and provide lots of feedback to the players and have been doing drills that I haven’t seen before that I think promote important concepts of the game. I see the value of the program and the kids enjoy it.

as with everything out there, your mileage may vary is a very applicable statement. when NCE was PDP and it was populated by NY Metro MLS DA players it was among the best because iron sharpens iron (or whatever). invariably as it expand3ed it's impossible to have that consistency of player. I do think for whaever faults JC has a good program that can be good for younger kids to get epxosure to other kids & styles & learn how to play w intensity.

and please everyone who complains about "money grab" and such, of course, it's a business, and all of youth sports is well designed to separate you from your dollars. YMMV. (Not JC).

He would have to prove that they actually took the list. Most parents/players are on multiple lists.
