    Susa Losing Players and Teams?

Hearing Susa is losing players and even a few whole teams. Any truth to this?

They did a hard recruit of a couple teams at our clubs last year that almost went and decided to stay and they are glad they did. What Susa charges is outrageous!

I could see SUSA having issues on the boys side of the program. Girls is extremely strong but boys are stuck in 2nd tier league.

Probably some on the girls side too, that's like the MO of ECNL. My D plays for Susa and there's definitely some players that would be better served on other teams from both the A & B teams. Some bottom roster ECNL and top roster ECRL of some Susa age groups would be stars at EM or LISC.

They are advertising more tryouts so I think there is a problem at younger ages.

They be advertising tryouts heavy for years now...this is not news, just smart business, more kids = mo money.

But the entire "tryouts" thing is a bit stupid. everyone makes a team

SUSA becoming a victim of their own ruthlessness. People choosing other options rather than get lost or treated poorly in their big machine.

Every club loses and gains teams every year. SUSA is no different.

Yeah why the hell would anyone pay almost 3k a year to play on a C or D team there. People are idiots

I agree with this. If your playing om the C or D team you are wasting your money. Go back to your town team (if there is one)

Its more than $3k a year. I agree hard to justify the prices with such poor treatment of teams other than the 1st teams. Training is not consistent either.

I know the 2010 and 2011 boys have like 10 teams combined. Once you get down to the 5,6,7 and so on trams they are basically intramural teams. Dumb parents paying over 3k a year to play d6 soccer

Thats it - they gut the town programs and become one of the very few options to play.
