What about shady people running youth sports organizations only out to make money and not to help develop kids?
What about board members that don’t know anything about the sport but get involved to give their kid an opportunity to be on a team they don’t deserve to be on?
Nothing has changed it’s just polarized. A lot of bad organizations, a lot of bad “volunteers”, a lot of bad parents.

Bulldozer parents get results, unfortunately. They don't care about ruining the experience for everyone else as long as their kid gets all of the attention, plays the most, gets the nominations, etc.
