Sue's for what? Was he the banned member. Which way did he vote since his kid plays for kk but dad sits on SB board?

He should vote his conscience like any other vote. So it was ok a month ago for him to be on the board but because of this merger he is not? Where in the by-laws does it state you have to have a kid in the club? VS was voted in by the MEMBERS. If they are not comfortable with it then he can be voted out by the MEMBERS.
