Barca g07 and 04s are coached by Derosa and she is a terrible coach. Just stands there and does nothing but collect her paycheck.

no they just thought they knew better. their grand idea was to merge the 2 years and make an A and B team in the 07 age group. Looks like they will be lucky now if they have one 07 team. Stupid, the parents just wanted their kids to play together and keep developing. Instead they split the teams in half basically, pissed everyone off, so the bailed. Again, not knowing the market. Its a business, if you don't keep the customer happy, they look elsewhere. Shame, kids loved their teammates, only reason the parents put up with all the Barca crap. The problem they are having is that some of the best players are leaving because of it. They thought they would have a division 1 team, they will now struggle to field a div 2 team. Their star 08 player left mid season because of the drama. On top of that the 08's they are pulling up only won 4 games all season, no superstars there and the good ones they did have are either leaving or do not want their kid to play up a year. Only 3 of the 07's are even staying on the team. So if they had handled it the right way, talk about the change, get some people on board, they could have put together a good team. But like always they do things with no notice, no coherent plan, last minute, unorganized crap. So for all the good training they shoot themselves in the foot.
