Great words and advice from Tim in this video. The joystick coaching is prevalent at the academy my children are at. Its on both the boys and girls side. Tim was at this academy and now he is not. Coaches should not be yelling constant instruction and technical corrections while the game is going on. Parents should not be shredding their kids after a game.
