A large national event rewiring travel from all over should not be running at this time. You would not be able to find a single infectious disease expert that would disagree.

These experts don’t take into consideration the economic side, the death from suicides and drugs, or anything else. Their sole focus is just the one side. That’s their job.

NY regs - how many will comply? Our school district sent out a reminder to families last weekend saying families better have followed the guidelines before sending kids to school and I've heard of employers doing the same. Some states aren't allowing this kind of team travel at all, again how much enforced? Go ahead and go if you want/feel the need. Just be smart as your travel and do the right thing when you return.

Your'e watching two composite teams - overflow for kids who are caught in the calendar year debacle or overflow from the other A teams. Most kids that age should be committed and don't even need to be there.

I think you’re giving GA a lot of credit quite a few GA teams are equivalent of EDP Div 1-2 as well. Look at clubs like DE and Ukranian they were not able to be competitive in EDP yet they are good enough for GA? Gimmie a break.

Agreed, desperate moves like that don’t exactly help in terms of credibility. But in all honestly what choice do they have?

A positive of this weekends ECNL showcase is the Live streaming of the teams matches. To be able to watch my daughters team as well as all the matches is a great plus. I hope this continues.

Exactly. The technology exists to proceed with recruiting without having national events requiring violating the current requests to not travel.

Run more and more localized events that avoid planes, hotels , etc.....provide the footage and the recruiting can go while still contributing to controlling the spread of the virus.
