A couple of teams that could hold their own against lower level ECNL, a couple of teams that are just flat out duds and the bulk are equivalent give or take to most EDP teams. It's just a different model of club v. club with a few bells and whistles to make the kids feel special.

-Manhattan slammed the Slammers 5-1. Surf tied Manhattan 1-1
-Patriots beat the Slammers 4-2. Surf beat Patriots 3-2
-Stony Brook beat the Slammers 4-2. Surf beat Stony Brook 1-0
"And as far as getting recruited to college, Surf has a much stronger track record"
Surf has over a dozen girls in the 2021 class committed to play in college. Several D1 going to schools like UConn, Stony Brook, Manhattan, several D2 playing at 2019 National Semi-Finalist St. Rose and several D3 heading to Nescac & Little Ivy like Trinity and Swarthmore.
Nobody knows where the Slammer players are committed, if any are at all, but I guarantee it doesn't look like the Surf list.
So please enlighten, what am I wrong about?

Also, there are other age groups where Slammers destroyed Surf so for the person who cited scores from one age bracket your point is not made.
