Great advise, question why Susa didn't take this road with one very creepy person. A coach known for dating their players prior to coming to your club should have been a major concern for susa but they make that person in charge of their girls program. Side note that female player that the susa coach dated is now a coach at susa and she has no clue how to coach. May have been a good player but her teams are not being taught anything of value each week. Seems to be a consistent issue at susa. They are lacking good trainers. Having trainers do line drills that kids are getting minimal touches in 45 minutes on one drill is terrible use of time. Yet they have this happening across a handful of their age groups. This is why most of susa trainers rather the players with heads down and try and beat 2-3 players. Take no brains just reckless play that will never get rewarded at the higher levels. The lack of style takes little to no effort for the lazy coaches. Doubt me go down to the fields and watch. People are paying $3k-$5k for. Totally sham and a complete waste of time and over time the more educated people will see susa for what it is and what it is not. If you have a great trainer at susa then no doubt its worth it. Kid being taught weekly opposed to a trainer doing the bare minimal is important for the kids growth and love of the sport. These warm bodies that are labeled trainers are laughable and ruin it for the good ones at susa
Susa looks the other way with a lot of things that would be alarming to most anyone. They simply don't seem to care about anything other than making money. They could have been great but hard to be great.
