It's far from being obsessed. It's more along the lines of being a pleasant distraction while being at the office. It's fun watching how easy people manipulate you. I was surprised this season when we played Barca to see they play kickball. Literally super fast kids forward and goalie punting the ball every time. I admit they have some really fast kids too.

I was disappointed though. I was excited to see the Barca way and wanted to have my kid try out. And before I get slammed I am not a troll and straight up serious. I wouldn't have my kid go there after watching them play.

I am surprised to here this if you are indeed being truthful.....We are in our 3rd year I just don't recall our goalkeeper ever, ever punting the ball...we always play short from the back always.

on barca, our goal punts about 25% of the time, just enough to keep them guessing. Most of the time they do play out the back, switch fields... Then out of the blue when they see a gap and the other team in too close to cover the play out, she punts. she is good..

You sound desperate and scared. why? It’s odd that someone would spend so much time and effort attacking Barca. If you don’t like it/then don’t have your kid play for them. Maybe you don’t have kids playing and lost revenue to the academy.

not attacking barca ny at all. pointing out that the developers of the KP fields, Prospect Sports Partners, seem to be having problems raising development capital given their reliance on EB-5 $$. no one wants to see FCB sour on the US (and specifically the NYC market) because their JV partner can't deliver. that wouldn't be good for anyone. i actually wish barca ny well but am sorry to see this field debacle play out.

The 09’s are not good either. They should have cut bait with the 08’s so the 09’s could have kept their better players but now you have two age groups playing bad.
