I personally don't know how a "National" ranking comes into play for High School sports, but it was exciting to see some local folks in National Preseason rankings. Who knows what will happen as the season unfolds, but I hope these girls can go far!

Local coverage of girls' soccer

Looks as though coverage of girls' sports has taken a backseat for the local paper. Preseason started yesterday and still no one assigned to cover. Anyone think boys' sports would have no one assigned when preseason began?
