The Long Island Futsal (Indoor Soccer) League is preparing for the 2015 Winter Season and has opened the registration. The league, which started in 1996, has grown to nearly 200 teams and is one of the largest futsal leagues in the country.
Long Island Futsal, which has run only in Suffolk County, will now be expanding to Nassau County, utilizing the SUNY Old Westbury gymnasium.
