Does anyone know how to register for this tournament?

My son’s U10 team is registering for travel soccer this fall with LIJSL and I hear a lot of talk about this tournament, but no one knows how to register.

The tournament is single elimination and played in the spring. Teams, starting at U10, are grouped based on their current spring division alignments. The top division is normally composed of teams from the top two divisions of league play. The alignments from division 3 and down make up the intermediate to minor brackets. Called, and they said that all teams that register with LIJSL for the spring are automaticly in the tournament.
