My kid played against SUSA yesterday and I was amazed at the abuse and cat calls at the ref when things did not go there way. Ref gave PK against them near. end of game and after lots of arguing with coach and dads he changed his mind. is this normal?

What was the score at the game? Would the PK made a difference? Sometimes refs can use discretion in awarding PK's based on scoreline, but to change their decision is little suspect.Comment

If you are influenced by parents, players, coaches, if you can't take a bit of heckelism by the fans/coaches you have thin skin and you definitely should not be a soccer referee.
Suck it up refs...call the game as you see it, stand by your decisions and ignore any comments from the side line.Comment
