PDA a bad year. 1 team in the final 4. Every age group represented in the ECNL National Playoffs. If that is a bad year or a club in decline sign me up every day. I’m not one of the club bashers on this site. To each his own. That said you can’t argue with what PDA has accomplished and continues to accomplish on behalf of their girls.

what PDA has accomplished and continues to accomplish on behalf of their girls.
It is the girls who have put in the work and the reason the team/club was successful. The club didn't make the girls successful. What a weird take.

then we realized there whole bunch of kids that joined the same year.
then we realized that practices were not as technically focused
then we realized it was all about a inner-team competition for playtime
then we realized club just cancels practices, games etc
then we realized club adds optional practices to make extra money on the side (and still cancels them)
it was an eye opening experience. a lot of it is just constant recruiting and ability to charge parents at will because of the perceived prestige.
once you join, you'll realize that the club is just a pyramid scheme for making money. results way below its potential.

The "winning year" anomaly was when PDA quit GDA, all while the best teams in the US remained in GDA. That was the only time PDA brought home decent silverware.
