    No Days Off!

    Grinding 24/7!

I really hope for these kids that this building up does not cause extra problems if things don't go well or they get cut or start burning out. Not my problem or my kid's bc she doesnt have a soccer account but I hope all of these parents consider the flip side and potential problems this stuff can cause.

News break...your kids not a professional soccer player. Social media is used for bragging rights for pathetic parents who want their kids to receive more attention.

I don't really think it's smart or safe to continuously post pictures of little girls all of over social media. There are so many creepers out there. Some parents are just constantly fishing for compliments and looking to keep their kid in the spot light, it's pretty sad.

OMG.. You parents are too much.. Which reminds me.. On our drive home from training tonight we need to talk about your posting skills.. I mean Katie told me her Dad is seeing a blogging trainer twice a week and it's something that we should think about. I think it would be good for you.. I only want the best for you..

I'm going back to snapchatting with my team now.. Have fun parents!!

This why parents monitor soccer accounts. My daughter has a soccer account for recruiting purposes. At the the end day, it’s our job to protect them.

If your kid has the talent they don't need to be flaunted on social media. Scouts and coaches see what they see on the field or on game film, not edited highlight reels.

If you were protecting her she wouldn't have an account at all. Oh, and btw, soon enough she'll have her own secret accounts away from your prying eyes.

Clueless dad alert: coaches don't look at social media*. They watch game footage and watch players on the field. They get recommendations from club coaches. In fact I'd argue having a social media account makes your kids less attractive to them. It signals heavy parent involvement which is the last thing college coaches want.

                            * if they're getting close to giving an offer they will check a player's social media accounts to make sure they're not posting pictures of drunken parties, making racist comments etc, but they're not searching social media for player talent.
