Nope to you.........overall it is quality. Go to an ECNL Showcase like this weekend in NC. The fields are filled with quantity but very few of the thousands of players will have the opportunity to play in college and a smaller percentage for a top 30 program. Going forward an even smaller amount will have the opportunity to play professionally or for the NT. It’s quality.

Based on recent years, about 70% of ECNL players go on to play college soccer; this usually represents about 1100 of 1500 graduating ECNL players. Not sure what the numbers are for top-30 programs, but assuming that a recruiting class usually has ~8 players, only ~240 players get recruited into top-30 programs, so I agree that only a small percentage (<20%) of ECNL players are likely to go on to those top 30 programs. But then again, how many ECNL players are actually targeting playing at top 30 programs?

And if you account for overall players that play in college which is 1-2% (and most of those come via ECNL), what are your real chances if you play in the secondary and tertiary leagues like USYS and GA?? 0.5%? Crazy low probabilities.

Why in the world are you talking about ECNL on a GA thread? Any stats on GA placements and percentages?
