That’s because refs can make more $ collecting unemployment than reffing games and putting up with abuse from stupid parents and coaches.

While I agree with this statement in regards to most occupations, refs get paid cash.

I would never allow my family members to ref. Parents are crazy psychos on the sidelines. I would never subject my teenager to that kind of abuse.
