If the blue team wants you, they call you immediately. If you’re going to “fill out the roster” at the position 18 - stay on White, and do side training. Or move to a club with better development and come back to blue next year.

They roster all the kids to the club, 44 at this moment. They’ve cycled through at least 60 kids in the 2010 age group.
Very little playing time.
If your kid isn’t top 5 they can & will be replaced.
It costs a lot tuition + required donations + annual uniform changes.
It has a great reputation but it’s a dog eat dog meat market
