This league is nothing more than a better version of the Old NPL league. The ecnl will pick off more teams next year and the league will settle in.

The question you need to ask is how many ECNL clubs are looking to move to GA? When that starts happening, then I would say GA has the better players.

What you have to remember is that players who were in the National pool a few years ago, were pressured to play in the GDA, causing many players to unwillingly leave their ECNL team to go to GDA. GDA may have had a year or two of decent play, but as soon as word got out that US Soccer was losing it's grip on the MLS clubs, and clubs like PDA, Stars and NYCFC left, it was game over for GDA. You can't replace PDA with CSA Bergen and NYCFC with STA.

Not going to happen. Dream on. The reputable GA clubs you listed won’t “jump” to an unethical losing league like ECNL. They hold much higher standards for youth soccer.
