Red Bulls Elite teams forming, Toms River

Anybody have any information on this? They are having tryouts the week of April 12th. There will be TRFC travel playing MOSA, and then Red Bulls Elite playing EDP. Forming new teams if have enough talent. All affiliated with TRFC I guess. Not sure, just received an email about tryouts.

Yes I am a soccer parent, no I am not a Matchfit soccer parent. Just curious if anyone knew anymore about it.

Received the email too and was wondering the same. Its kinda weird that all these random (town) clubs are RB affiliates even though the best and most developed players are really playing on academy teams. Is it just to help those town clubs to get more interest? Anyone heard a success story of someone from Watchung, Tom's River, RSA, etc get signed with the Red Bulls?

Are they also forming a partnership with PDA Shore? Isn’t that part of TRFC already?

They only use TRFC fields, not partnered that I know of..

No, PDA shore just poaches all of the better players from TRFC. That’s why PDA Shore is TRFC+.
