Plenty of coaches deploy this type of tool to motivate, and in my experience it doesn’t work with younger players especially female players. As a parent of three girls it’s my job to protect them from men who are abusive why would I pay a coach for this type of behavior?
My daughters have never experienced this with him at CSA. They love him and respect how he coaches. I don’t know which team your daughters play on but it certainly isn’t ours. He doesn’t coach that many teams either. None of the parents I know are complaining about this and we are friendly with many of them. If your daughter doesn’t respond well to the way he coaches, you should remove her from the team. I certainly hope this isn’t a slander or gaslighting attempt because that would be in very very poor taste.

I suspect that this is an attempt to slander him. This is just what a certain club does. It’s expected.

Because if it's written on the TS forum, it must be true.

              In this case, yes.

If such is true, are you still there and why if you/children are unhappy?

Not the person you are replying to but I haven’t witnessed anything like what is being described.

I don’t like to post on here but because I do have respect for NS I will. As a parent I have never heard him verbally abusing any kid on his team during training or games. My kid likes him a lot and has gotten better with her ability since he started coaching her. She looks forward to her practices and games. Obviously I am only at my kids trainings so I can only speak to that but you would think if that is really how he is it would be how he handles all his teams. If you are wondering what his coaching is like it’s pretty easy to go to one of his games and watch and listen.
