I'd have to say RT is the best recruiter in the state. Can't coach if his kids lives depended on it, but the guy has a knack of recruiting good players trained by really talented coaches and taking the credit for it. But, this mother ****er can hold his own at a bar! Sometimes I wonder how this guy functions. His liver has to be shot to ****.

He's good at convincing parents who know nothing about soccer or youth sports that they should bring their "star" to his team. He uses a combination of talking about past wins, past tournaments, rankings, and possibility of travel that most teams don't do at younger ages to draw people in. This isn't recruiting, it's salesman tactics as none of those things actually matter (except amount of travel). What he doesn't talk about is how he treats the roster like a 365 day-tournament roster. There's zero development on such a roster, only the next person up mentality. If you and your kid like that type of atmosphere and don't mind paying for it (as well as all of the extras like the travel and outside training), then you'll love it.
