FYI... same guys that are smearing the name of another coach at another club. All in the attempt to make themselves look good. It never ever ends. They started with DM almost two years ago.

DM is a big picture kind of guy. He doesn’t just focus on individual teams, but rather the collective.

If you’re suggesting he could replace RT as DOC, and let RT just focus on his 2 good teams, then maybe you’re on to something.

RT is not the DOC, he is the Technical Director of the Shore.

I’m not saying CSA and Wall suck. Not at all. I think they’re both solid clubs, but both have gone stagnant in the past couple years. I think DM could be the guy to inject a bit more life into them.

I’ll admit, my “hybrid consultant” idea is a little out there, but it’s a gamble that could pay off for both clubs in the long run.

CSA certainly needs some added oversight. DM would have their coaches focused on training and not this message board.

Cmon now that’s like saying Brady will go back to the Patriots, will just never happen. Was DM instrumental in building the CSA DA programme? Yes, so why would be go back to take on something that he himself built? Sure CSA would welcome him back with open arms as he’s got more experience combined than a lot of the young guys they have, but not sure DM would want to go back as he’s been there done that.
