Alliance was 3rd and 4th teams from ECNL clubs with some 3rd team DA teams and local township teams tossed in. Or if you were on the girls side it was mostly MF 3rd teams with affiliate teams.

ECRL is the ECNL 2nd team. Teams tend be as a rule younger than their ECNL teams. Level of play on the teams at the top of the table is pretty good, but fairly weak as you get to the bottom. PDA Shore's top teams are excellent.
