This is what a "super" team is for? Fun!
You don't have a clue where and who they played obviously. My daughter played all summer while most kids clubs just counted the money they were collecting.

It is fun watching kids who can trap and pass the ball which allows the more appealing aspects of the game to come forward. A large amount of kids sadly still have an awful first touch/can't pass worth a lick. How are they supposed to see a play develop before it does when you can't even gauge if the girl the ball is rolling to will be able to stop it/control it?

It also fun to watch a team that knows its better break down 11 in the box defensively with little to no space to speak of/they needed to be creative.

If it makes you feel better the games were more technical beatdowns than overwhelming physical beatdowns.

And at no time would I say they ran up the score and the girls were very respectful to the competition.

You people are hysterical. It's great that the kids got to play, but let's not pretend they were some amazing team barreling through top level competition. A decent team can look like all stars against bad teams. I'm sure if you had run into a PDA Blue or whomever it would have been a different story. Again, it's great that the kids played and not taking anything away from them, but parents need to understand what level of competition their kids are participating in and not go around essentially bragging about how good they looked.

Soooo desperate you caught me. Very jealous of beating up on township teams. I'm sorry, I meant "top level competition". You sound just as sad as the nj blaze parents who are on here bragging about exactly the same thing in August, but then were silent in December when they were losing to actual decent teams. Grown up and stop living through your kid.

Desperate hater status confirmed with this response. That was easy.

I’ll tell you why you’re a jealous little hater...because you feel compelled to come here to “set the record straight” about a team that you’re not involved with. You’re consumed by jealousy. Just let it go.

So you're telling me they didn't play in that extremely local STA tournament against the 100th ranked team in the state and middling ranked other teams? Better demand a correction. Or else don't give us that bull@@@@ about beautiful soccer when you're pouring it on against an outclassed bunch of kids, running up the score. Perverse parents with questionable ethics boasting about beating up on mediocre teams. Admirable!

Well they played up the majority of tournaments and what does got soccer ranking have to do with it? What is PDA blue ranked on GS? And trapping and passing now is beautiful soccer? Never said that/it was very basic in each girl could pass the ball/trap the ball/shoot the ball/score.

Just curious how many of the games you were able to watch? There was no running up of the score and not sure what the boasting allegation is from. I bet you watched the Opra/Markle interview too and think she has it rough-

So you're saying that PDA, MF and whatever other clubs furnish players for this super team didn't do much all summer--not much training, no scrimmages, no tournaments--because there were tournaments with high level teams in them, and HS soccer didn't start till mid-Sept. this year, so there was plenty of time, and some of our kids played quite a bit. Maybe your real gripe is with your club?

I don't see my daughters regular club listed so that's what they were doing in this group.

I don't have any issue with my kids club since I don't pay a ton of money for nothing. Quite obvious those groups you listed didn't do much because how did all those kids from those teams play all summer for NJ Fire if their parent club was so active?

Where were your kids playing these high level tournaments?
