NS at CSA

My d was on one of NS's teams at Lehigh and is now with MF Shore. My experience with NS has been nothing but great, my kid loved him, and I credit him with the player she is. Even after we came over to MF, NS still worked with her, and also the rest of the team. None of us have anything bad to say about him. He was a great coach, really cares about the kids. Unlike RT, winning isn't the only thing. He cares more about development at the younger ages. As for him leaving mid season, RT got him a job at CSA, and the idea of coaching a DA team was something he wanted, so the move was a career move, nothing more. Unfortunately the DA folded. He was offered a position with MF, which I'm sure alot people don't know about. He decided to stay with CSA. No hard feelings, no fight with RT, just what his decision was. For some reason, someone on here wants to paint a bad picture about him. Not sure of the motive, but if anyone ever wants to know the real truth about NS, just go to a MF game and talk to the parents. I'm willing to bet you won't find anyone, especially his former players, say anything bad about him.

If they really disliked him so much why would they talk to him and hang out with him.? The reason is because of the above. There is really nothing more to the story. RT himself has said that NS is a better trainer than he is and wanted him at CSA and then at MF. Everyone thinks that everyone on the 09 team is solid and thinks likeminded, but honesty I have no issue with NS at all.

Out of my the coaches my kid likes NS the best. We never had a personal relationship outside of soccer with him so couldn't confirm if he's a "bad guy" as previously stated. Seems nice to me. What you see is what you get with him, period. Every kid responds differently to different styles of coaching. Doesn't make one way good or bad, it just makes it different. Have nothing but good things to say about NS.
