Should I take my D to an equal talented team as her MF team for better training?? Or should I stay with the current team at MF and continue to scrimmage? Both are similar in talent and both play in ECRL. What’s the suggestion?

It’s never too late to leave. Don’t get stuck there. Poor training means lack of development which means they will be behind their peers and will be harder to find a good team to join in the future because your D may fall behind if they haven’t already.
