He never played high level soccer, he only made JV in high school, he has the lowest acceptable license for club soccer (a c license), has never had any of his kids recruited for college because he has zero college contacts, he's never won a national championship with any of his teams, has hired a parent as a goalie coach for one of his teams that has zero soccer experience and has never played the position, and has burned bridges at each club and township he has worked for. His success has been at hoodwinking parents who don't know anything about soccer. He's an attorney, he knows how to lie.
If he's telling you something will happen, there is probably a smidge of truth in it. For example if he told you mfs is getting ecnl then he really means that they applied or are looking into it just like every other club in NJ."
That goalie coach is as big of a joke as he is.

Did he give any mandates to sign up for 24/25 following recent tryouts? Curious if mf parents sign up for more promises or move on

Most will stay to be honest. They don't want to miss out on ECNL. And are prob happy in ECRL.

Any club in any sport will retain 'most' of its players from year to year. It's human nature to take the path of least resistance.

Are they known for keeping on kids that aren’t any good on a team? Because CSA replaces kids all the time. MFA shore doesn’t seem to … but I think the .2013 team will shake up slightly.

I agree about path of least resistance so 95% will just roll over and stay on as this is easiest choice. But if they are staying for ecnl, that is a problem. If mf got ecnl, the existing kids have no guarantees. Rt won't reward them with their loyalty, a fresh new batch of kids may come in and replace the current kids anyway. Parents are clueless about their kids realistic skill set. Playing in rl is one thing, ecnl, something completely different

I agree with this. There are a couple teams at MFA shore that struggle against the RL teams or even EDP level teams. If and when they get ECNL , the majority of those teams would be replaced.

No ECNL in sight, only the wooden nose. Stop falling for the lies!

Anything he does is for his own ego not for the benefit of the kids. Which is why he doesn’t care about any kid who is not linked to his name. (CJFA, and any MFA team not coached by him)

I hadn't thought of this but you're right that he only cares about his teams and isn't quiet about his feelings toward the rest of the club.

Yes he only cares about his teams because his teams are a reflection of him. He only wants a win. The development from Ryan is nothing special. Better trainers elsewhere. Ryan knows how to win. (By recruiting better players, only playing certain players and benching others. Heck, some of his players from the 2010 team hardly see the field! )He doesn’t know how to develop. He just knows how to win.

Ryan and MFA shore also doesn’t spend enough time on technical skills.

Yes, he knows how to win easy tournaments in low flights. Don't be impressed. Open your eyes.

Fast forward a couple of years and your D will have regressed, has no other opportunities and you basically wasted time with this loser. You could have gone somewhere else, developed, spent time on other sports….
