I asked them about the rumours and they both confirmed that there is no, and hasn't been, any discussion about adding any new ECNL clubs in NJ. They also said that there is no, and hasn't been, any discussion about moving the badge from one division to another. In reference to MFA, the north division has both the ECNL and ECRL badges. The shore just received the RL badge. With the addition of the Ukies in the Mid Atlantic conference, it now brings 11 teams in the new season. The New England conference only has 8 teams for the new season so the only discussion has been moving the North location into the New England conference. Take this for what it is. Believe what I'm saying or don't. I'm just trying to dispel rumours that are floating around. If anyone still has questions, you can always email info@theecnl.com and get the answers yourself.
So some people, whose initials don't appear anywhere in the ECNL staff directory and, even if they did, aren't in leadership (Ralph Richard is the girls commissioner, Chris Lehey (from MFA) is the Associate Commissioner) and somehow these random initials are in the know and have confirmed to you that none of this is happening? And your suggestion of emailing them is dumb. If they have a plan that they haven't announced yet, they definitely wouldnt be telling people by email just because you email them.

I agree. ECNL will not tell you anything until it’s announced. So I would say everyone just has to wait and see what gets announced in March.

AC does in fact work for the ECNL. Not gonna give her last name, but her first name in Andrea. BE also works for the ECNL, his first name is Bryan. Pretty funny you searched employess names at the ECNL. Unless you have the complete directory of the almost 200+ employees, you will have a hard time finding them. I believe what this guy posted. The north moving to the New England conference is old news. That was first mentioned when the Ukies got in. There will be a shift in clubs, and I believe that PDA White will also move back to New England, but it honestly makes more sense for MF. The shore location just got the RL badge. They do not have enough kids or the facilities to accommodate a ecnl badge in every age group, which you need.

First, there are nowhere near 200 people that work for ECNL. And second, the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Director of Corporate Communications (whose initials are now AW) know which clubs are being let into the league and are gossiping with it with some guy in NJ? I highly doubt it.

Welcome to the real world. Do you think PDA deserves to have 3 lECNL spots or FC Stars deserve two?

You do realize PDA doesnt have 3 in the same location, right?

What does that have to do with being deserved? They have two spots on one location and one in another. They have one spot’s worth of teams that deserve to play in ECNL, but they have relationships that got them two additional spots.

No. pDA does not deserve 3. I personally don’t think any club should have more than 2. I don’t think MFA shore deserves it either. However maybe they will get better talent and better training if they got ECNL?? There are other clubs that are more worthy of an ECNL spot over pda white, south and MFA shore. If ECNL was smart, they would take all the top level GA clubs instead of adding an MFA shore — like CSA Monmouth, REAL, SJEB. Those are better than MFA shore or pda white. But ECNL seems to be political like most things in the world today.

Any club will make better if they get ECNL! It’s just not right to just give it to the same clubs 2 clubs when they have recruiting issues and not giving it to well trained and stablished smaller clubs (that yet manage to have competitive teams in all different age groups)…
I still don’t understand why a club that has 1 ECNL and 2 ECRL badges is still struggling to get girls for certain age groups and they still want to get another badge.

Match fit needs to start over with new coaches since RTs reputation is holding the club back from growing.

I'd rather have RT as a coach than that piece of **** Fausto at NJ Blaze
