GA is gaining ground but USYS has no solution to counter ECNL and GA while also struggling to compete at the ECRL/GA2 level. Club v club solution under ECRL fits the right mold to entice clubs with a carrot for future consideration to ECNL. MFA and PDA still have the say. ECNL at shore would destroy GA CSA.

PDA shore wants ECNL also. The shore in general needs an ECNL option. CSA would finally have some competition if MFA shore or pda shore got ECNL.
