Promising ECNL plus 'other stuff' like building turf fields with permanent lights, having dedicated technical training at the shore, adding more coaches and second teams and 'pouring every resource they have' to build the shore. RT lies to parents to get girls committed and then once they pay he lies about their role on the team and lies about providing feedback in the form of player meetings and evaluations. RT lies when he claims to care about the kids and their development when his track record is littered with examples of his complete disregard for boys and girls that he tosses aside without a second thought to make room for new recruits.

Thank you for that. The lack of technical training is horrible! And when they do offer it, it gets canceled. I have also witnessed him lie to parents to get them to sign on. Then majority of what he said doesn’t happen. They can’t add second teams because no one goes to their try outs.

From what I heard? They left to get better training. And it’s not just the 09 and 11s that left because of training. It’s happened at other age groups also. Just not talked about or cared about because those teams werent highly ranked.

I think the 11s also left because they were lied to. So they left for better leagues. As well as training.

Clearly pda has better training than MFA which is why players left MFA for pda.

Most of the original girls that are still on the 09 Shore team aren't paying tuition and live in the area so they stay out of convenience and train outside to keep up.

Not everyone plays for free. It's a handful of kids with parents who run the club.

Anyone who has a parent at MFA plays for free. I can think of 4 off hand. RT daughter, 2011 goalie, an 07 girl, and GH and her sister. I would love to see pda offer GH and her sister a full scholarship and see then leave MFA also lol

They left to get better training yet those girls are on IG training with Ramos and RC just like most high level girls in the area. TS anonymous soccer community once again talking out their ass.
