The girls are all great. RT is only great to you if you kid is top 3..and he can’t even keep his top players because they all realize over time that his training sucks and there is better training elsewhere. Remember…training is the most important thing to get batter. If your training sucks..your daughter will not progress as much as she would in a better environment

This is true. Some of the biggest supporters of RT a couple years ago are gone and the ones who are left know he’s a poor trainer but they’re stuck.

isn’t it sad that players are “stuck”? Why are they stuck? They can easily look elsewhere. You can’t feel sorry for anyone who chooses to stay in a bad environment

When you realize what other training sessions look like, you realize you just wasted many years of development by trusting in Ryan.

He’s a used car salesman. He knows exactly what to stay to draw people in. Not enough parents know enough about soccer or training to know MFA shore is not that great.

The players who are stuck are talented and want to play in ECNL to get recruiting exposure, but their options are limited due to their location in Monmouth. There’s no more room on PDA Blue and both White and South are huge steps down in exposure at the 2009 age group. They could move to GA but that’s also a step down at 2009. So they’re stuck until PDA Blue opens a spot.

So that explains why they are all flocking to pda north blue little by little.

Did the PA girls from the 09 team leave because of lack of training ?? Or did Ryan actually kick them off the team? Because why would anyone lock those girls off their team. They are top top players.

A few of the girls are also stuck because DB pays their parents to coach.
