Coaches are not responsible for your child's mental health. If a player isn't performing, they shouldn't just be allowed to keep their spot in starting line up or on the team, just because it is good for their mental health.

YES!!!! He does let the parents decide who starts and plays!!! I have seen it with my own eyes! It’s crazy.
