Let’s list some of the things RT has done in the last 2 years since MFS shore began:
1. Threatening parents if their kids attend other club tryouts they would be off the team
2. promising ECNL numerous times, knowing full well they would never be more than RL
3. losing his 09 PA players because he can’t train his team for ****, manipulated parents and DB is a slimeball
3. Telling another player to “hit her harder next time”
4. Taking on Boca 2011’s and basically imploding the team with trash
5. having a crazy goalie mom on the team who consistently caused drama
6. Allowing certain parents to dictate and help make decisions for the club

what am I missing?

Well, for one thing, Ryan doesn't have luxurious hair. Maybe if he were nicer to the NJ Blaze team mom, she would have given him some Monat Hair Care products. Just look at the parents on the NJ Blaze team. They all look like models with their beautiful flowing locks.
