How do the Directors of the Clubs looking in from the outside explain this to the parents and players of their clubs?

What are you on about now? PDA is the face of ECNL in NJ. They have 3 teams allocated for ECNL in each age group U13 and above (Blue, White, and South). This is well known and not new. ECNL is a club designation, not per team. The system is the system, and it won't change as long as the money keeps flowing.

They wanted a club in the Southern NJ area. There were really 2 choices, since Real doesn't field teams through u18/19, which was PDA South or SJEB Rush. One, went through ECRL and winning through out the ages while the other went DA and being middle of the pack at best with a few teams. Maybe SJEB Rush should have bit the bullet and went for an ECRL spot instead of tossing all their marbles in with DA. Maybe they should have done that this year instead of following what was left of the DA and moving to GA which added some very weak clubs.

Would have been interesting if they had a club v club day winner got the ECNL spot.

they say "follow the gravy train" or "do you know who is on the board of directors for ECNL".

but then they end up saying "as weird as it sounds with PDA, why does MF have ECNL"???

Because they are in every league. It’s only PDA and Match Fit period.

That is correct clubs like STA and CSA have no chance and are stuck in lower level league

What would you like to start with? The marry go round of coaches and players, the consistent average play or the fact that no matter how much Altiris spends they will never be ECNL or take on PDA?
