One team plays ecnl northeast and the other one Atlantic.
Then they meet in ECNL finals where everyone is extremely polite and respectful. Then they are crowned co-champions.Comment

Blue is the A team. White is the B team. Both play in the ECNL with a regional team in the ECRL. Blue will always get the top players.Comment

Once a good player emerges from white they move to blue to keep white's ECNL doormat status.Comment

The white team is the B/C team. Money grab that functions to support the A team. There is no chance to grow once you are relegated to B regardless of what the parents tell you on the sidelines otherwise they would all be A in the Fall. Correct. Also, being on the White Teams creates this strange insecurity that comes from being treated like a 2nd class citizen.
