Any recommendations for a well trained and coached Boys U15 team in the Northern NJ area? I'm not necessarily looking for a team with a winning record but a team that trains and plays well. By this I mean practices are not not just scrimmages and talking strategies most of the time and games aren't just punting the ball forward.

You are describing 90% of the academy training sessions in NJ lol I would recommend you attend a practice and see what they do before committing. -
