Who are the new DOC on both sides?

Or do they have one overall DOC? What’s the difference is level from sites (Bergen and Monmouth? Same Director?

CSA DOCs in Monmouth make it up as the go along .. One week it’s about winning, next week it’s about development, week after that it’s about profit, three months into the season they start back at the beginning again . That’s why it’s a constantly revolving door of coaches, players, DOCs and ultimately culture. The owner could care less about the program overall it’s just a place for him to waste $$ and spin his wheels ..

Just like every other club out there. Why should CSA be any different? Let's go to PDA and have a roster of 25 kids on a 11v11 team. Think that's not about the money?
