Are clubs experiencing delays getting their player cards?

US Club or USYA? U SClub cards im pretty sure were sent out, given ECNL started. GA also started so they have their cards but im not sure which sanctioning body issues.

I know PDA south had some problems last weekend but that was down to poor management on their part.

Our club was saying there were delays in player cards and that other clubs had the same problems. Not sure if it was just poor management by the club.
