If MLS Next was adding just a 2010 and 2011 team only and those teams would age up each year continuing to be the oldest at the club with the club adding a new u13 each year… the correct club would have been FA. The 2010 FA team was head and shoulders above the 2010 Ironbound team. 2011 is the same situation, but even more dominant. Next year the 2012s would have been added. Again FA was a stronger team than Ironbound. It continues down through every single age group. FA is a better team at every age from 2010 to u8. If they were adding a full slate of teams, then I agree that Ironbound would have been the better choice.Originally posted by Guest View Post
Look at Ironbound u13. They have tried to bring in an entire new team because the team they had wasn’t good enough. they are still trying to bring in new kids now that the season is starting. Why was a team added if they weren’t good enough to compete? Are any of the 2011 Ironbound Force kids even going to be on the MLS Next team or did they become the B team with all of the new additions.Comment

They finished 3rd out of 6. 3 teams were ECNL. 3 were not. They were the 3rd ECNL team. The 3 teams below them aren’t in ECNL. I’d consider that not a great showing. Lehigh Valley is a lower ECNL team they should have beat.Originally posted by Guest View PostComment
